System5® Material and Heat Sealer
BioSeal System5® is the industry-leading, hermetically sealed, metallized body bag with a first-of-its-kind ‘zipperless design’, featuring the airtightness of a steel case and the flexibility of a lightweight body bag.
For use in emergency management, death care industries, and facilities involved in end-of-life services, System5® is a proprietary 5-layer aluminum-lined material providing personnel with a BSL-4 level containment barrier against pathogen & chemical exposure from human remains, while simultaneously containing noxious fumes & hazardous body fluids. Because zippers are not airtight, human remains are contained by heat-sealing the System5 material using a specialized BioSeal Handheld Heat Sealer, eliminating need for a zipper.

Facility Kit
Complete dispensing and utilization system with vertical dispensing rack and more.
When it comes time to seal a decedent, easily roll the wheeled Vertical Rack to the desired location, then roll it back when you are done. This vertical dispenser allows you to unroll the System5® material directly onto the gurney or table.

Designed to hold the System5® roll of material. Keep your prep room floor clear by mounting the wall-mount rack in the desired location away from the floor such as:

Bioseal Team Training System
The BioSeal Team Training System was designed in close collaboration with the California Emergency Management Agency to help execute its mass fatality disaster preparedness plans. It includes a life–sized, fully–articulated Simulaids rescue dummy — the same kind used in firefighter training — to simulate an authentic experience. This hands–on training provides your team with a true–to–life understanding of just how difficult it is to maneuver a dead body, but also how easy it is to use the BioSeal System containment technology.

Mass Fatality System
In the event of a large-scale disaster, the BioSeal Mass Fatality Response System enables you to quickly deploy the tools needed to ensure absolute containment of human remains. All the tools and equipment needed to ensure Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4) containment of whole or partial human remains are palletized, wrapped and banded to arrive at your facility ready for storage until needed. It can be stored for 49 years without deterioration in performance or readiness of the BioSeal System material.
