BioSeal System5® is the industry-leading, hermetically sealed, metallized body bag with a first-of-its-kind ‘zipperless design’, featuring the airtightness of a steel case and the flexibility of a lightweight body bag.
For use in emergency management (including for Ebola/VHF), death care industries, and facilities involved in end-of-life services, BioSeal System5® is a proprietary 5-layer aluminum-lined material providing personnel with a BSL-4 level containment barrier against pathogen & chemical exposure from human remains, while simultaneously containing noxious fumes & hazardous body fluids.

Zippers in traditional body bags are not airtight. With BioSeal, human remains are contained by heat-sealing the System5 material using the BioSeal Handheld Heat Sealer, eliminating need for a zipper.
Simply roll out and cut the material to the length needed and seal along the edges with the heat sealer.
In addition to total leak-proof, odor-proof containment, BioSeal offers a number of other benefits.

IATA approved for air transport and repatriation.
BioSeal does not contain any chlorine and is safe to cremate.
One roll covers 20 decedents and only takes up 8" x 8" x 36" of space. Rolls can also be efficiently be stored in a vehicle or wall mounted with the BioSeal wall rack.
